CLARIFICATIONS CONCERNING THE APPARENT BEHAVIOUR OF THE UEWA OEMM.

 

I have explained to you, Mr XXXXXXXXX, that our UEWA OEMM (SPACESHIPS) move within the Atmosphere at great speed (although the highest values in this case cannot be compared with the kinematic regimes possible in space devoid of viscous fluid).

 

The abrupt jumps that some of your Earth brothers have nevertheless believed they perceived in the speed of similar spaceships -called by Earth publicists Flying Saucers, UFOs, etc.- call for a more objective analysis.

 

First of all I wish to tell you that a very high percentage of these testimonies refer (leaving aside the multiplicity of fraudulent cases, optical errors, hallucinations, errors of perception, attribution of an interplanetary character to simple terrestrial structures, etc.) to enigmatic Spaceships foreign to our civilization of UMMO. But insofar as such ships are structured on technological bases similar to ours, as their external morphology seems to suggest and as we have corroborated in certain cases, you may extend the clarifications I am going to give you not only to our UEWA OEMM OAWOOLEA, but to those structures coming no doubt from other cold Stars that are the bases of very evolved Social Networks. (See my NOTE 12 of the APPENDIX).

 

DISAPPEARANCE OF THE SHIP An observer at a not excessive distance may observe the apparent instantaneous “annihilation” of a Spaceship of this type that he has been watching. There may be two reasons for this pseudo-disappearance:

 

As I have repeated in preceding pages, at the instant (OWOALEAIDA) at which all the IBOZOO UU corresponding to the enclosure bounded by the ITOOAA (IMAGE 7) change their “axes” (OAWOO), all the MASS integrated in that enclosure ceases to have physical existence in the three-dimensional framework in which the observer is situated. It is not that such mass is “annihilated”, since the substratum of that mass is constituted by the IBOZOO UU; or, put another way, MASS is to be interpreted as a FOLDING OF THE WEAVE OF THE IBOZOO UU. Our physics (UMMO) interprets this phenomenon as if the orientation of this depression or fold of the entities constituting space changed direction, so that the sense organs or physical instruments of the observer are not capable of capturing that change. (NOTE 17).

 

At that instant t0 the vacuum in the enclosure is absolute. Not a single gas molecule, and of course no solid or liquid particle, but not even a subatomic particle (PROTON, NEUTRINO, PHOTON, etc.) can be located probabilistically in that enclosure. In your language: the probability function is zero at t0. However, this unstable situation lasts an infinitesimal fraction of time. The enclosure is “invaded” in succession by IBOAYAA (energy quanta), that is, electromagnetic and Gravitational Fields of various frequencies propagate within it; immediately it is crossed by sound radiation, and finally an implosion occurs as the outside gas rushes into the vacuum left by the “vanished” structure. This implosion is the explanation of those “bangs” or “thunderclaps” that some UFO observers, Earth brothers of yours, have on occasion believed they perceived after the apparent disappearance of the vehicle.

 

However, the spurious disappearance of the UEWA OEMM in the eyes of a chance spectator must not always be interpreted as an effect of that process of inversion into a different three-dimensional Framework. When the sighting is at night, the Spaceships (at least ours) can be perfectly observed thanks to the luminescence generated secondarily by the XOODI NAA (See NOTE 19).

 

The light emitted by our UEWAS lies within the optical spectral band which appears to the retina of the OEMMI (MAN) as corresponding to the colour range from Yellow to Orange. (Other Spaceships may perhaps show another colour band because their XOODINAA has another chemical composition, as we have in fact verified on other journeys we have made to other galactic points.

 

Well then, in accordance with this secondary phenomenon, such luminescence can be cancelled by the UEWA itself, so that the vehicle seems to “vanish”, “go out” or “disappear”.

 

ABRUPT CHANGES OF SPEED

Sometimes our ships, which have been seen moving at speeds even greater than 15 MACH, appear to change direction abruptly (IMAGE 16). This change is frequently orthogonal, the trajectory turning suddenly, without any connecting curve or loop, through some 90 Earth sexagesimal degrees, and not infrequently the angle is much more acute.

The Spaceship even appears to reverse its tangential velocity, stopping instantaneously and returning along the same trajectory (IMAGE 17).

The exploratory mission may also require the UEWA OEM to be immobilized instantaneously for the sake of its analytical effectiveness. In this last case, any observer outside the vehicle who was watching the hypersonic movement from afar may be astonished to see how the UEWA is abruptly immobilized as if it - had collided with some invisible obstacle. For that OEMII his visual illusion will at least be interpreted in the preceding terms. I will therefore deal, Mr ??????????????, with what really happens in these cases.

 

The change -“so spectacularly interpreted”- in the kinematic regime of our UEWA (MODIFICATION OF THE VELOCITY GRADIENT E BOTH IN MAGNITUDE AND IN ORIENTATION OR DIRECTION) is usually imposed during navigation by unforeseen incidents (alien vehicles approaching, storms that may disturb an interesting observation, the need to avoid electromagnetic fields in zones whose propagation intensity may also prove disturbing, beams of deci- or centimetric radiation used by you in radiolocation when our system for absorbing such frequencies in order to cancel echoes must be blocked because there is a risk of altering other measurements of interest, etc.)

 

It is generally the XANMOO AYUBAA of the UEWA itself that takes the decision to alter course rapidly, after logical analysis of the multiple response parameters provided by the sensory Organs (UEWA) of the ship.

 

Since such disturbing agents are in the three-dimensional framework in which the UEWA is moving at that instant, it is clear that maximum effectiveness will be achieved with an abrupt and real change of route, or even of the magnitude of its tangential velocity ū0.

 

As we have set out the solution, it is not physically viable. The immediate effects would be the annihilation of the Ship. Even if the modulus of ū0, |ū0|, is not modified, an abrupt turn of 90 Earth sexagesimal degrees implies an instantaneous increase in the centripetal acceleration so abrupt (do not forget that we are referring to an almost zero radius of curvature at the vertex of the trajectory) (IMAGE 16) that the mass of the vehicle would suffer an annihilating compression. On the other hand, instantaneously stopping the mass of the UEWA, whose momentum due to the high speed with which it is moving at that instant is very great, would be equivalent to a semi-plastic collision so catastrophic that the heat developed would vaporize and even ionize all its components (needless then to refer to the fate of the crew (SEE NOTE 6).

 

Let us see, then, how our technique allows us to achieve this identical effect without causing a serious upset.

 

See first, outlined in image 18, the case in which the UEWA is obliged suddenly to change its trajectory “m-p” owing to the presence of a disturbing agent “A”.

 

 

At point “P” the change of three-dimensional system (from X,Y,Z. to X', Y', Z’), that is, the OAWOLEAIDAA, is then brought about. But the vehicle continues along a trajectory P<---> P’ forming a loop, and at almost the same cruising speed (u0 underwent a slight increase). REENTRY into the “usual” THREE-DIMENSIONAL FRAMEWORK is now much more precise if it takes place at the same point P (P <---> P’), since the choice of any other centre in the second three-dimensional system could give rise to considerable errors of location or position.

 

The second branch of the trajectory, P - N, can again be seen by an observer situated in the framework X, Y, Z, but he could not “see” the loop P-P’.

 

But: how did he make the mistake of judging that the ship abruptly reversed its direction? Any layman might argue that the OEMII (OBSERVER) could have noticed that the Ship disappeared for an instant at point P and then, after “reappearing” again at the same point, continued its flight in the new orientation.

 

But this is not so for an eye structured like that of a human being, whether of OYAAGAA (EARTH) or of UMMO. For the time interval between P and P' (trajectory in flight within the framework X’, Y’, Z') is so small that, owing to a psychological effect well known both to the psychologists of EARTH and to our specialists (you call it PERSISTENCE OF VISION OF OPTICAL IMAGES), which, as you well know, allows your Earth brothers to watch both Televised and cinematographic images, to visualize phenomena with the apparatus you call a Stroboscope, and even to lend more beauty to their firework displays, the phenomenon appears CONTINUOUS or without intermittence, without really being so.

IMAGE 19, and the analysis you yourself make, Mr ??????????, applying a technical justification similar to the one described, will illustrate to you how a UEWA can “stop abruptly” as if defying all the Physical laws constant for all points of our WAAM (UNIVERSE), that is, without the sudden deceleration (the slope of the velocity gradient is then equal to 90 Earth sexagesimal degrees, so that the deceleration vector reaches a magnitude ∞) annihilating the OAWOOLEA UEWA OEMM.

In the next report I will answer, Sir, your other question concerning our technique of welding and of sectioning or cutting alloys and metals. Neither flame nor electric arc nor the Effect you call Joule is used for it, but it is always carried out in the presence of a thin layer or film of inert gas (Xenon and Helium preferably).

 

The process of Fusion in the outer layers of the alloy is so rapid, and the molecular control of the crystalline structure so rigorous, that by avoiding stresses of thermal origin the properties of elasticity are not altered, while the dendritic formation in the direction of cooling is also avoided (I will clarify this point for you in that report). I will also clarify to a certain extent the way in which the crew of the UEWA can establish interrelations during the journey with other Spaceships and with our UMMO. We are surprised and flattered, Mr /////////////////, that you should be more interested in these subjects than in those related to your profession. As for the astonishment you expressed at the fact that in the last telephone conversation we knew the name of that friend of yours who happened to be at your home and picked up the telephone handset, I wish to tell you that in reality the event is perfectly explicable technically. It is not a transmission of a telepathic character, as you call it, and still less a transcendent or esoteric effect.

 

Another query, as to whether we possessed a method that would allow digits to be memorized by purely electronic procedures without the need for Ferrite cores, is answered in the corresponding NOTE 1 of the APPENDIX.

 

The word “electronic” is very ambiguous and requires clarification. From what I gathered during your conversation with me (I beg you once again to forgive me if you find it difficult to understand my words), you were referring to a method based on some special vacuum valve for memorizing digits. NO: such a method is not used by us, since in our Technology the electronic properties of high-vacuum enclosures are not used. But I beg you to forgive me if I object that in reality you can put this query to any brother of yours on Earth versed in Computers, for perhaps you have not been informed that indeed, as I told you in our almost unintelligible chat, you Earth people have used electrostatic memory tubes capable of storing binary digits through the incidence of an electron beam on a plate provided with “phosphor”, in front of which is the collecting grid. Access to a digit takes about ten microseconds. And although it may seem strange to you, such a system is even more outdated than that of magnetic toroidal cores. Read “Automatic Digital Calculators”, 2nd edition 1957, by A. D. Booth. As you see, the system is in fact already old on Planet Earth.

 

Your insistence regarding the attitude you should adopt towards what you described last night as the strangest case you have ever experienced does not bother us at all. Our objective advice is this:

 

Since you live in a social setting hostile to belief in this kind of experience, I advise you to keep your telephone conversations with us secret. I understand perfectly the reaction of the Engineer colleague of yours to whom you alluded. It was imprudent to give it to him to read in those conditions.

 

Nevertheless, those Earth brothers who you know may show a serious interest in this case (provided they belong to the circle of your intimate friends and family) may receive copies of these reports (restricting, as I told you, the paragraphs underlined in pale green.

Under no circumstances will such printed texts transcribing our reports be endorsed with your signature, and still less with your professional title, in such a way that they might constitute a scientific guarantee of their soundness (unless they are included in the context of some periodical or monographic publication related to the Popularization of heterogeneous subjects, UFOs, etc., whose reliability is of a moderate tone. Even then your first name and surnames will not appear), but only your initials.

 

In any case, start from one premise: we prefer (and the advice benefits you as much as us) that your identity should never be publicly linked to these reports should they be included in any of the Earth's mass media.

 

We earnestly beg you, should they be published, to take the utmost care in the transcription of the terms so that fidelity to the original text is respected. The graphs and images will be photocopied and never published as a second manual copy.

 

As you know, some of the paragraphs and pages of the reports mentioned are, on the typewritten sheets, boxed with a black ink line. On no account will you make a transcription of their reserved content in typeset texts. This restriction would not extend to your interested brothers.

 

Since it would be very complex to set out for you in detail all the restrictive cases, we give you in short the scope of our exhortation: on no account must you take measures that would provoke the credulity of responsible bodies or sectors of opinion possessing the means to disturb our activity on OYAGAA (EARTH). Although on the other hand we judge that the printed publication of the texts mentioned (except the boxed paragraphs) offers no risk of provoking strong reactions of heightened opinion in official scientific circles, since their purely descriptive character, purged of a genuinely scientific-technical context, preserves them in this respect. (Of course it would not be tolerable to insist excessively on their authenticity and soundness either).

 

Until now, in the few cases in which your brothers on Earth came to publish some fragments of our reports, the response has been slight and therefore not dangerous for us. There is no technical reason to think that those sent to you will be an exception if you fulfil the spirit -rather than the letter- of our requests.

 

But if, despite everything, you should decide to publish them one day and observe a reaction of excessive curiosity in authoritative circles, I beg you to counterbalance that stance with your attitude of apparent scepticism or incredulity. The damage you could otherwise cause to our Research would be very appreciable. Since we have never asked anything of you for providing these reports, we trust in your honour and in your moral values.

 

But, knowing what we are talking about, our plea is directed above all towards you. We know the social psychism of Earth humanity; we are aware that in your country SPAIN the OEMII who dares to maintain a credulous stance towards these subjects is held in very low professional esteem. Your prestige, therefore, as we repeated earlier, would be damaged if you wished to vouch for our identity with your signature. And we assure you, Mr ?????????????, that we in no way need the Earth Social Network to know that we are provisionally integrated in it, carrying out a simple study mission. So that any honourable effort made by you to “defend us” would not only be sterile but counterproductive for my brothers.

There are great differences between the control systems used in the technology of OYAAGAA (PLANET EARTH) and ours, apart from the greater complexity and precision of the latter.

 

The XANMOO (you would call them Computers, Calculators or Data processors) are not made up of electronic circuits like those of Earth -that is: vacuum tubes, components based on the solid state such as transistors or solid diodes, conductors and semiconductors, inductances, capacitances, among others- but of organs topologically integrated in stable crystals, called by us ODU GOOA (Nucleic Amplifiers). Their main characteristic is that in them it is not electrical voltages or currents that are amplified, as in your Earth amplifiers, but power. An input energy function injected into the ODU GOOA is reflected at the output in another, analytically identical Function, but with higher energy values at each instant. The controlled release of energy takes place at the expense of the mass integrated in the amplifier, and the phenomenon occurs dimensionally on a molecular scale. Enough atoms take part in the process for the function to be considered macroscopically continuous.

The EEWEANIXOO constitutes what you would call a “DIVING SUIT or SUIT”.

 

In reality this protector is successively replaced by others of different characteristics for various flight conditions.

 

The EEWEAANIXOO OOE is used precisely in the phase in which the AYIYAA OAYU (IMAGE 1 (12) or TOROIDAL CABIN is filled with a JELLY which we call DAXEE. This gelatinous mass, besides other functions, acts as a shock absorber in the accelerating or decelerating processes of the UEWA.

 

The travelling OEMII is thus embedded within that viscous mass, isolated from direct contact with his brothers and subjected to the dynamics of accelerations which have sometimes exceeded 245 metres / second2 (although these peak gradients in the velocity function last a few fractions of a UIW.

 

The description both of these “SUITS” and of the BIEWIGUU AGOYEE system (PSYCHIC AND PHYSIOLOGICAL-BIOLOGICAL CONTROL) would require, at a popular level, as many pages again as this report.

 

In summary we will tell you that the EEWE (GARMENT) is a complex membrane that surrounds the body of the traveller peripherally, without its surface establishing any mechanical contact with the epidermis of the OEMII (HUMAN BODY).

 

The whole is placed in the gelatinous mass and controlled in such a way that, when an acceleration is about to occur in a given direction, the gelled substance liquefies around it and the traveller's body, with outside help, adopts a suitable posture so that the effects are minimal. The space between the inner surface of the EEWEEANIXOO OOE and the human skin is rigorously controlled according to the degree of capillary vasodilation of the epidermis and its perspiration. In this way the body's metabolic heat takes on the normal values for the traveller's usual conditions. Pressure, absorption of Carbon Dioxide, regulation of Nitrogen, Oxygen, water Vapour and other components of the internal compound gas are self-regulated according to the information supplied by the detectors that monitor at every instant the metabolic and Physiological activities of the respiratory, circulatory and epidermal systems.

 

The Physiological control equipment has been provided with transducer probes that check almost all the organic functions without the need to introduce such ????? (it cannot be read well in the original; it seems to say UAXUOETY or OAXUETT; this note is by the typist) into the organic tissues. From muscular activity and the evaluation of Glycogen and lactic acid levels to the complex monitoring of neurocortical activity, which supplies precise data on the psychic state of the subject, the whole range of biological dynamisms is recorded, and this stream of information is supplied through some 2,16 · 106/ information channels to a XANMOO which, after comparing it with standard patterns, “dictates” the effector or motor responses to the organs of the BIEWIGUU AGOIEE.

 

Feeding takes place by introducing paste through the mouth. Some foods and the water are introduced in capsules with a tasteless coating that dissolves instantly on contact with saliva. The thermal gradient varies in the different peripheral zones of the enclosure. The sensation we experience on the journey during the OOE phase, in the intervals when acceleration is zero or moderate, can be defined as a placid perception of floating on a cushion of warm air. The vestibular effects caused by the rotation of the AYIYAA OAYUU to produce artificial gravity are barely noticed, owing to the introduction, by means of a simple surgical intervention, of two control devices in the vicinity of the membranous labyrinth (both, needle-shaped, are inserted without damaging tissues or the arterial and neuronal network)

 

The space separating the epidermis from the EEWE undergoes a considerable enlargement at the face, in the shape of a truncated cone. The base of this truncated cone, which the eye can take in at an angle of 130 sexagesimal degrees at a distance of 23 centimetres, is a screen provided over its area with some 16 · 107 excitable centres, each capable of radiating, at various levels of intensity, the whole electromagnetic spectrum between 3,9 · 1014 and 7,98 · 1014 cycles /second. The definition of the images obtained is high enough that the two eyes cannot discriminate between normal visual perceptions and that generated artificially in this organ. Binocular vision is achieved thanks to the prismatic arrangement of each emitting nucleus. A transducer records the electric fields generated by the ocular muscles of both eyes (true electromyograms). The XANMOO thus knows at every moment the orientation of the pupillary axis. On the other hand, the excitable prisms that make up the screen (these being of microscopic dimensions) are located on the surface of a layer of viscous emulsion that allows them to rotate freely. These prisms are controlled mechanically by means of a double magnetic field, so that half of them obey a horizontal component of the field and the rest the transverse one. In this way each group orients its faces independently, just as two Venetian blinds of the kind used by Earth people orient their slats independently when one pulls the cords that regulate the angle at which light enters. (In this case the “cords” will be the two magnetic fields, and the driving factor the response of the XANMOO to the muscular micromovements of the eyeball.

 

Binocular perception offers images with normal relief, so that the subject believes he is living in a real world, far from the envelope and the gelatinous mass surrounding him. He may try to grasp objects that he “sees close to him”, and since the freedom of muscular movement is ample despite the resistance of the viscous medium, it is advisable that he should “try” to do so, in order to avoid muscular inactivity.

 

The acoustic stimuli are synchronized with the image. The traveller can see the faces of his brothers, talk with them, or immerse himself in the landscape full of ANAUGAA (a tree species) of our distant forests of UMMO. Two YOYGOAAXOO lodged in the nostrils supply, in sequences not as rich as in the natural environment but fast enough, programmes of IAIKEAI (OLFACTORY STIMULI), also synchronized with the image. This is one of the aspects of the Psychobiological control to which the travelling brother is subjected. We can at will display the control equipment of the UEWA, or read a study text. One of the most interesting means is DOOGOO. Thanks to this system, the muscular movements imitating the grip of a stylus -or, as you would call it, a pencil or brush- are injected, after being recorded, into the XANMOO. This orders the responses of the hand as if it had in fact traced a drawing, a graph or a text. The artificial image of this fictitious composition appears on the binocular screen, as if one had in fact drawn such graphic characters on a surface.

 

A device integrated in the rectum collects the traveller's faeces. These are first dehydrated; the residues are then, by rigorous chemical analysis, dissociated and transmuted into Oxygen or another gaseous chemical element. Something similar is done with the urine, so that the chemically pure water of both excretions, together with the surplus from the gaseous enclosure of the EEWEE (whose degree of humidity is a continuously regulated function), is sent to the central tanks in the form of vapour.

NOTE NUMBER TWELVE (12)

 

Our relations with a few civilizations settled on other OYAA (non-hot STARS) date from quite some time ago. The biological structuring of those inhabited Planets follows the same laws that you, the Earth people, and we know. The range of living species and subspecies on them is of considerable richness, without great similarities being observed in the “phyla” of each ecological environment; on the contrary, the respective phylogenetic schemes show, within their phyletic multiplicity, profound bioconfigurative differences even with the most similar beings of another planetary environment.

 

This is not the case, however, either with the least developed organisms (oligocellular and unicellular) or with the most evolved (Anthropoform), that is, with the extremes of the biological scale. Thus we have verified the existence on UMMO of species of cyanophytes and certain flagellates perfectly well known to the biologists of EARTH.

The similarity of the anthropomorphic beings is also evident, if we leave aside small discrepancies regarding epidermal pigmentation, atrophy of certain dysfunctional organs, different degrees of muscular, metabolic and above all neurocortical development. The development of the epidermis is also a progressive sign. Nerve receptors integrated in it usually undergo profound changes that enable them to become sensitive to other spheres of physical stimuli or, within them, to shift in the spectrum towards frequencies until then inaccessible.

 

On arriving on this Planet around the Earth year 1950 (the circumstances of our arrival on EARTH were interesting and I will narrate them to you some day as a complement to the Report you received on our arrival in the Country of Spain), and once we had assimilated the language and features of customs and could mingle among the Earth OEMII, we learned through typographically printed publications of the observations made by chance witnesses who had been able to observe space vehicles with a configuration similar to our UEWA OEMM.

 

Of course we knew that almost all those descriptions had nothing to do with our own Spaceships (we are referring to the Decade between 1950 and 1960)

 

However, some things caught our attention powerfully:

 

 

Indeed: our own analyses revealed that the social mass of EARTH, relying on the crystallization nucleus of a few true and verified testimonies, had launched itself into feverish speculation around the narratives of OEMII pranksters, unscrupulous journalists, paranoid-mythomaniac patients, neurotics, and the naive or self-interested collaboration of brothers with little cultural training and a low level of critical spirit (as you call it) who, with their illusions of perception and even as victims of hallucinatory experiences, made the already thick and confused panorama even denser and darker.

 

Faced with this chaotic prospect, it is clear that the sensible and balanced OEMII of your Planet who at first tackled the problem seriously and with orthodox methodology felt let down, not only on discovering the trickery in some cases (too many, no doubt) but on verifying that, with their limited means of control, detection and analysis, access to the probable real cases was all but impossible.

 

We for our part began our own investigations on EARTH unilaterally. As drawbacks, we had neither easy access to the secret dossiers held by the bodies of the Government Administration of some Countries, nor could we reach the hypothetical witnesses on Earth without the risk of being unmasked or arousing serious suspicion. Moreover, we did not have enough brothers to devote to this task, since for us the fundamental objective that brought us to this OYAA, that is, the Study of Earth Civilization, was much more important.

 

But on the other hand we had in our favour the absence of the prejudices that inhibit any serious attempt by Earth people at these investigations and, above all, technical means of prospecting and analysis unknown to the Technology of your brothers.

 

Indeed, we were able to locate in the vicinity of this Star the presence of navigating structures evidently not built by Earth countries, and of course not by UMMO either.

 

They were not previously identified in our memories (in reality the data coded by us in this respect are very scarce; however, on visualizing a new UEWA (VEHICLE), the correspondence of its technical features with the analogous ones of other ships of a given Civilization can serve our XANMOO AYUBAA as identification criteria. Expressed another way, if we hypothetically saw on another Planet a brand-new jet aircraft not recorded by us, we would nevertheless identify it as coming from Planet Earth -even if it bore no insignia- because our XANMOO would find in it technical features peculiar only to Planet EARTH). I was telling you that, on the contrary, those discoveries could not be identified as coming from a Known Social Network.

 

Those Ships nevertheless used -this was of course to be presumed- technological bases of space navigation similar to ours. We “felt” observed by them (I cannot clarify this point for you) and in no case did they respond to our identification codes.

 

In one of the cases, the resolving fineness of the beams of gravitational waves emitted by them, no doubt with the aim of obtaining a faithful image of the interior structure of our Ship, was so extraordinary (to the point that our own UAXOO equipment (DETECTORS) was unable to evaluate it) that, aware of our technical inferiority, we had to resort to OAWOOLEAIDAA (INVERSION of the MASS)

 

Very recently, two episodes of another order have completed our preceding observations.

 

We believe, with a certain degree of reliability, that we have achieved personal contacts on the very crust of OYAGAA (EARTH) with OEMII coming from another OYAA who, in a way similar to our own stance, seem to have integrated themselves without arousing suspicion into the Earth Social Network.

 

These contacts have arisen in a climate of mutual distrust, which is why those beings cannot be described as genuine members of another Social Network foreign to that of Earth until the evidence provided is more convincing.

 

On this Plane we show ourselves much more distrustful than you, even though for the time being the tests to which they have secretly been subjected have not been negative.

NIIO ADOGOOI SYSTEM The mass of the UEWA OEMM creates a gravitational Field which, although not excessively intense, accelerates -in some intragalactic regions through which it sails, where the density of cosmic dust is appreciable- particles of various kinds that crash against the XOODINAA (COVERING), causing over long periods, through the effect of this continuous abrasion, irreparable wear.

 

Our NIIO ADOGOOI system avoids this risk. The UOXOODINNAA (surface layer of the MEMBRANE) is provided with a very thin sublayer (XOODINAADOO) (IMAGE A) made up of very fine colloidal particles of Platinum emulsified in a medium of high dielectric coefficient.

 

 

Distributed around the periphery of the Ship are the NIIO ADOUAXOO (IONIZING CELLS), which perform a double function. In the first place they evaluate the electrostatic gradients in the immediate surroundings of the UEWA. If a great Nebula of cosmic dust (solid particles of Methane, for example, or of Nickel-Iron, or of Ammonia, or of silicon, etc.) surrounds the Ship, the particles may be neutral (without electric charge) or ionized (+ or -)

 

Suppose the first case: (NEUTRAL) The particles will be directed towards the Ship because the gravitational gradient favours this flow (IMAGE B).

 

 

Beforehand, the detection systems we have described to you elsewhere in the report have recorded the spatial density of these particles, their gravimetric spectrum (that is, the statistical distribution according to their masses and morphologies), their chemical composition and their mean electrostatic charge (zero in the case in question), as well as their kinematic function with respect to the emitting Galactic Reference Nuclei (relative speed and direction of displacement, coefficient of expansion of the Nebula, etc.)

 

All these data are analysed in the central XANMOO, provoking the response of the NIIO ADOGOOI (ANTI-ABRASION PROTECTION SYSTEM). The ion-generating cells (NIIO ADOUAXOO) emit electrons driven with high Energy, which are projected outwards in paraboloid trajectories. IMAGE C.

 

 

Simultaneously, the membrane of colloidal platinum (XOODINNADOO) has been charged to an electrostatic potential that can reach values between 180.000 and 900.600 volts (negative potential). Any particle heading towards the membrane (IMAGE B) with velocity U captures at least one or several electrons from the flow emitted by the UEWA. The particle becomes ionized. Since the electric potential gradient is very high in the vicinity of the ship, the electrical repulsion compensates both for its original kinetic energy and for the force of gravitational attraction, so that the aggressor particle is deflected in its trajectory and does not make contact with the surface of the UOXODINAA.

 

If the cosmic dust were already ionized, the platinum submembrane is electrified with a charge identical to that of the aggressor NEBULA.

 

Note that the XOODINAADOO is protected by another upper stratum of the same ceramic product or material as the UOXOODINAA.

 

A secondary effect of charge transfer between the free surface of the membrane and the sublayer of colloidal Platinum gives rise to a photon emission from the ceramic crust within the spectrum visible to our retinas, at wavelengths in vacuum of 596,9 Earth millimicrons and 602,34 or 612,68 millimicrons. This electroluminescence is not caused by the impact of electrons on the mass, but by the electric field they generate as they pass through the translucent ceramic mass. An outside observer perceives an intense luminosity whose hue depends on the wavelength emitted, ranging from yellowish-green to carmine. These colour tones are not always the same, depending of course on the chemical composition of the ceramic covering.

 

Nor should the luminosity of our UEWA OEMM seen from afar be attributed in every case to this electroluminescence. On some occasions the UOXOODINAA, in its peripheral crust, is thermally activated until it reaches a temperature high enough to attain the radiant level you call cherry-red. This is done for two reasons: to burn off the oxygen deposited in its pores and, on the other hand, to free its surface of microorganisms and other organic remains before leaving the Atmosphere for other destinations. This last measure is part of the general asepsis programme of the Ship that precedes Interplanetary Navigation. (The process is called AIAIEDUNNEII; we thus avoid disturbing the ecological environment of each OYAA with biological structures foreign to it in their origin.

 

The control of the electrostatic Potential in each surface unit of the XOODINAADOO is designed in such a way that the distribution of charges (electrostatic surface density) can vary from one region to another, to the point that in one area the density barely reaches a few tenths of a microcoulomb even though it is surrounded by zones of very high potential. The potential function is therefore not constant for areas of the same curvature or warp; in short, it is not harmonic over the periphery of the Ship. There are several reasons for making use of this flexibility in the distribution of electric charge. In the first place, the density of aggressor particles is not identical over the whole outer periphery; moreover, since these are oriented in one direction (UYUUNOODII) (WIND OF COSMIC PARTICLES), naturally not all of them will strike the Ship with the same kinetic energy. Abrasion would be more intense in a defined zone than in other areas, and that zone will have to be protected with a more intense potential.

 

Furthermore: cancelling the charge in precise areas makes it possible, thanks to the secondary effect of electroluminescence, to make drawings, insignia or graphic signs visible at a distance appear in any surface zone of the Ship, modifying their shape at will as easily as Earth writing on a blackboard. Finally, it may happen that at a given instant the high potential of a zone disturbs some measurement or analysis in a UAXOO (TRANSDUCER) in operation, in which case the XANMOAYUBAA cancels the distorting surface charge.
